Blizzard(s) 2010

This pic bears witness to the brutal, mid-atlantic/northeast winter, which happened to be the snowiest in recorded history. In fact, at one point we Princetonians sat on nearly 2 ft of snow. But the last vestiges of snow have just melted. Spring is at the fore. L'Chayim!

A good capture of "snow silence." I love to see it, not live it!

I once thought the same thing, jc. Turns out I actually don't mind living in it either. Certainly makes one appreciate the spring's warmth when it finally arrives. You (we) southerners take it for granted.

A valid point, jb, though I don't know how I could show my appreciation and gratitude for spring any more than I do, what with rolling around in the grass and sobbing at the feet of the forsythia. It's embarrassing really. :)

haha! back indeed. and emerging from a 'dark night of the soul', as it were. perhaps my cold, wintry heart will bloom like a forsythia in spring. ;)

i think it may be time for some posts.
